We have partnered up with Choice Chicago Realty Inc to provide comparable properties
(comps) for only $10 per report. This is by far the lowest priced, no-strings-attached
MLS comps service available...and you never have to pick up a phone. The data provided
by our comps come from the MLS, which has the most detailed information of all sources.
Experienced investors prefer hand-picked MLS comps over automatically generated
comps. This is because almost all online vendors get their data automatically from
the county records instead of the MLS. County records in the Chicago area don't
keep track of detailed information about properties such as bedroom count, total
room count, etc. and could mislead the uninformed investor, thereby costing him
or her thousands of dollars.
Through our service, you can order comps for single family homes, town homes, condos
and 2-4 unit apartment buildings in Chicago and its suburbs. We will find up to
10 comparable properties (if available) within a mile radius from the MLS which
were sold within the last 12 months. These comps will be emailed to you in an Adobe
Acrobat format (PDF) within 1 bussiness day.
